Alterations to Bus Services on Sat 25 September 2010

As a result of the closure of The Wharfage on Saturday 25 September, the following alterations will be made to scheduled bus services:


Service 9 & 39

These services will not serve stops at Tontine and Museum of the Gorge.

The services will follow the normal line of route except they will not be able to travel along The Wharfage and serve the stops at the Tontine & Museum of the Gorge

Service 76 and 77

These services will not serve stops after Coalbrookdale and Wrekin View (if serving Hermitage Way) or Lees Farm Roundabout.

Service 96

This service will not serve stops after Lees Farm Roundabout and Museum of the Gorge.

The service should be accessed at Madeley or the bottom of Dale End

Service 99

This service will not serve stops between Coalbrookdale and the Tontine.

The services will divert between Coalbrookdale and the bottom of Madeley Bank but will not serve stops along it diversion.

Gorge Connect

This service will not operate beyond the Island at the bottom of Madeley Bank

It will follow its normal route and turn round at the island at the bottom of Madeley Bank. It will await its time at the pull-in there.
